Maahi (Sheena) is the only child of rich parents (Rajat Kapoor and Neena Gupta). She strikes friendship with Kabir aka Kukko (Ruslaan) whose parents (Kaushik and Sushmita Mukherjee) belong to the lower strata of the society. Their friendship turns into love and during a camping on the New Year’s Eve, in a drunken state they end up having sex. Maahi gets pregnant and all hell breaks loose While Maahi wants to keep the baby, her father opposes it. She then elopes with Kabir so that she can deliver her child.
