Nazar gives shelter to Simhadri, an orphan, who was rescued during the floods. Nazar brings up Simhadri and they share the relation that of a father and son. Nazar's daughter Sita falls in love with Bhanuchander and elopes with him to Kerala. Simhadri, in a bid to unite the family, goes to Kerala. Mafia rogues Mukesh Rishi and his brother Rahul Dev rule the city. Police commissioner Sarat Sexena is a mere spectator to all the evil doings of the duo. The environment established, Simhadri convinces the family of Sita to come back. In an unwarranted incident Rahul Dev kills Sita. Irked by this, NTR kills Rahul Dev and his followers. People start looking at NTR as their savior Singamali. Bhanuchander and Bhumika take a train to leave Kerala. Mukesh Rishi plans to blast the train and sets up a bomb in the suitcase of Bhanuchander. Twist of events, Bhanuchander is killed by NTR and Bhumika loses her mental balance. A responsible NTR, brings Bhumika along with him to Vizag and takes care of her. Ankitha, other daughter of Nazar, develops love for NTR. Knowing the where abouts of NTR, Mukesh Rishi plans to Kill him and Sarat Sexena tries to save NTR. In the turn of events, Bhumkia gains her memory and realizes that NTR killed her father and hence tries to kill him.
