Vizag city is plagued by a mafia gang, headed by the powerful Satya (Raghuvaran) and his son Seshu (Rahul Dev). Ganesh (Nagarjuna) loves Anjali (Jyothika) who happens to be Satya’s daughter. Meanwhile Ganesh’s best friend Adi (Sunil) gets killed by Sathya’s gang when he tries to stop them from separating the love birds before their marriage. The hero moves into Vizag and stays in an apartment hiding his identity to take revenge on the mafia dons.
