Anil Gavaskar (Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam) and Govindu (Brahmanandam) are friends living in the same locality. Anil and wife Hema (Hema) have a son by name Sachin (Master Vijay) while Govindu and wife Jyothi (Jyothi) don’t have children. Anil loves cricket while Govindu is a building contractor with a good heart and loves his wife very much. Govindu has a car driver who looks very loyal while Anil lets out his house to three engineering students.

These teenage students look at girls lustfully and the police catch them for trying to meet a call girl. They even look at pretty Jyothi lustfully. So, she teaches them a lesson by leaving them naked on the road. They are again thrashed for the act. The threesome gives a porno CD when Jyothi asks for CD. She agrees to their demand of sleeping with them provided they kill her husband. They fail to complete the mission. Meanwhile, Govindu transfers all his wealth to Jyothi’s name sensing the plot to kill him. Now, she comes to know Govindu’s true love for her. He falls into coma following their driver’s attempt to grab their property. The rest of the film is on how he reveals the truth to the police through Sachin and recovers.
