Seenu (Ram) is a youngster fascinated towards gangsters since childhood. He aims to become a gang leader. Local land mafia don Manikyam (Pradeep Rawat) inspires him. He first makes friendship with Ladda (A S Ravikumar Chowdhary), the chief aide of Manikyam and then earns the goodwill of Manikyam. Meanwhile, he also falls in love with Subbalakshmi (Isha). In a land case pertaining to Subbalakshmi’s friend, Seenu happens to be fitted against Manikyam. He becomes ‘hero’ then. An IPS officer (Prakash Raj) asks Seenu to disown from the gangster activities. How Seenu realizes the futility of the ‘heroic’ activities of a rowdy in the end is rest of the film.
