Madhava Rao (Chiranjeevi) has the responsibility of looking after five younger sisters, and he does so with dedication, affection, and diligence. Life is fine until one of his sisters, Ammo, elopes with her bava (cousin) (Rajendra Prasad). Menwhile their father (Dasari Narayana Rao), a former convict comes back to see his children, but they hate for deserting them and their mother and marrying someone else. In an attempt to settle score with Madhava, the village goons (Rami Reddy & Prakash Raj) asks his sisters' dance teacher take them to a shady motel, but their father rescues them.
