Heroine Usha (Ankitha) studies M.B.A in London and came back to India. Her father K.K (NagaBabu) is a Business magnet who lost his wife and has passion to his company secretary Naveena (KiranRadhod). Naveena feels it is easy way to get rich quickly and plans to move to Switzerland with K.K. Usha knows this one with the help of Office manager PushpaRaj (Surya). So, Usha doesn�t approve this type of relation and she also planned to destroy the K.K holiday trip by using kidnap drama, she herself plans and wants to get 10 lakhs
Bangaraju and bujji (Rajendra Prasad and prabhudeva) along with the theft party (Brahmanandam, Krishna Bhagawan, Mallikharjuna Rao, Raghubabu & Jyothi) steels the cars and sells them. And that gang happens to be there in that park in this context. Bangarraju (Rajendra Prasad) observes the deal and steals the suitcase with the money. The kidnapper that his daughter is locked up in her car tells KK. When KK is about to reach the car, Bujji (Prabhudeva) steals it. When Bujji gets the car to his garage, he realizes that Usha is hiding in the car trunk. Rest of the story deals how Bangarrajju and Naveena falls in love and Bujji and Usha loves each other. Now usha is kidnapped by another team Khadar (jeva). Usha escape from Khadar and reach Bujji.In the climax all the thieves, polices, K.K are gathered at same place. The story is fulfill with caught the thief batch, K.K problem solution.
