The story of the film is about a hotchpotch, which occurs in the life of the lead character - played by Aftab Shivdasani. He likes a girl (Aamna Shariff) and wants to get married to her. The problem is - his 'orthodox' family is against the bride that he has chosen for himself. There are only three options for him to explore - he has to replace his family (not practically possible) or his bride (which he does not want) or make an aloo chaat of his life (if not this, then what else!!).
